General Comments

Kaia Manzi Lodge is a family resort, enjoyed by families who value peace and tranquillity. We do not accept:

1. Any all male or all female groups. NO bachelors parties
2. No noise will be tolerated after 22h00 in the resort.
3. It is strictly forbidden to play loud music.

Check In Arrangements

1. Please, no arrivals after 8 PM
2. One night booking arriving before 2PM are subject to day visitors fees.
3. Camping and all rooms are only available after 4PM on the arrival date and must check out of the rooms and camping sites before 1 PM on the departure date.
4. Departures after 1PM will result in R50 per hour deduction from the key deposit.
5. Day visitors only by prior arrangement.  Normal day visitors fees are applicable irrespective to the number people in your Self Catering room / Camping site / Guesthouse Room.
6. One vehicle allowed per room. Extra vehicles, boats and jet skis are subject to day visitors fees.

Some Legalities

1. We do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen goods.
2. No refunds will be given after arrival.
3. Admittance and the use of facilities are at own risk.
4. Right of admission is reserved.
5. We only accept cash, master and visa cards. NO CHEQUES, DINERS CLUB OR AMERICAN EXPRESS

Other Information

1. Kaia Manzi is a known resort for the boating enthusiast, thus we ask that you only fish in the designated area.
2. No dogs/cats allowed. We know your pet is special, so are our guests, our linen and our carpets.
3. No motorcycles or quad bikes in the park.

Deposit and Payment Information

1. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit when bookings are made.
2. The balance as well as a R200 key deposit is payable on the arrival date. The key deposit is refundable.
3. Cancellation fee is 50 % from the deposit if the cancellation was done 31 days before the booked arrival date.
