Important Information
- Kaia Manzi is a family resort, enjoyed by families.
- It is Strictly forbidden to play loud music and we do not accept drunk/noisy bachelor parties
- No Arrivals after 8 PM
- Entry at own risk
- Right of admission reserved. An indemnity form must be signed on arrival at the gate
- Fishing only in designated area
- We only accept visa or master card or cash. NO cheques or dinners club cards
- No MX motorcycles, quad bikes or pets allowed
- Cancellation: All cancellations carry a 10% admin fee penalty. No REFUND for cancelations within 30 days of arrival.
- We only accept day visitors under the following conditions
- You must have a boat in your group.
- No vehicles with six or more occupants are allowed.
- Guests of tenants. (max 4 per unit rented)
This is not a reservation.
One-night visitors arriving before 2PM are subject to two day’s visitor’s fees.
No booking is secured without the full deposit paid before the required date
